Art Services Network launched as a new parent company of Art Installer Network (AIN) and Preparatory Network (PrepNet).

Art Installer Network (AIN) and Preparatory Network (PrepNet), the sites that maintain databases of independent art service providers will now operate under the parent firm by the name of the Art Services Network. The aim of creating a parent company is to ensure seamless access to art providers and service providers.

“We are happy to announce that a new parent company, Art Services Network has been created to combine the services offered by Art Installer Network (AIN) and Preparatory Network (PrepNet),” says Scott Solda, the designer of the networks. “The move will bridge the gap between art providers and service providers by standardizing prices and procedures. The parent company and will handle client-installer invoicing and accounting and manage the network’s marketing functions.”

Art Installer Network (AIN) was launched in 2015 with a special IRS designation that helped eliminate payroll expenses. AIN got a huge response and its success resulted in the creation of Preparator Network and Art Handler Network.

The Art Handler Network is the nationwide registry of local art handlers and plays a key role in introducing clients to leading professionals. Clients can order services from the Art Handler Network website. Notifications of a pending job are sent to those handlers that are closest to the site. The available ones are connected with the client for their approval.

The Preparator Network is the nationwide network of local preparators and introduces clients to the top museum professionals. The platform makes it easy for all the parties involved by paying preparators deposits, arranging travel and lodging, and advancing wages ahead of their client’s pay.

Both sites maintain databases of independent art service providers who have standardized their prices in order to receive leads generated by the pricing programs found on those respective sites.

As the companies grew in stature, the management felt the need of a parent entity that can seamlessly manage the three registries. This resulted in the creation of the Art Services Network.

Art Services Network will be responsible for the management of client-installer invoicing and accounting. It will also manage the marketing functions of the network.

The designer of the network, Scott Solda drafted in fellow installer Kevin Dunn to help in the creation of the parent firm. Kevin, who is also a university professor, is now looking after the operations of the organizations.

“I’m excited by this venture,” says Kevin Dunn. “It uses modern technology to mobilize available, qualified installers.”

Art providers can contact Kevin to know more about installation services.
